Two seafront Palazzo's

Two unique and original Palazzo's at the sea in the town of Kućište.
Kućište is a small village on the southern coast of the Pelješac.(120 km to Dubrovnik)
 
History 
These unique and orginal object was owned by famous fleet owners and captains from the family Lazarević.
The inhabitants have a long sea-faring tradition, the income from which allowed them to build, for the time, the large, affluent, stone mansions characteristic of the area. All with a devastating view on the medieval city of Korcula ( the native town of Marco Polo ) One of those richest mansions also called Captains houses, Palacina I Palacina, were build by a very famous captain at the end of the 18th century. This Capitan was one of the founders of the village of Kućište, he was trading under his own flag and had a fleet of ships sailing to Odessa, Ukraine to buy grain and porcelain.

Description
The buildings has thoughter around 1000m2 and is one of the most decorated stone buildings in the area, the shape and its position are just unique. The first house has three floors and was used as town hall and school over the last decades. The house needs some refurbishment.
The second house  is one of the largest captain houses at the entire Croatian coast the house has 4 floors and around 800 m2. After the last bushfire in 1999 the Palac was renovated completely for the amount of 600.000 euro.

Both buildings can be turned into a private estate or as commercial estate like a luxury boutique hotel. Moorings are included, there is some draft project available to turn the Palac into a 50 beds hotel.
